RSO prohibits hosting the following types of content, as files or links, on hosted websites:

Torrent links (torrent trackers)
psyBNC, IRC and similar applications
Pornographic content
Warez content
Hacking tools or archives
Software for sending SPAM messages
Copyright-infringing content
File download portals
Background processes (proxy servers, chat sessions)
Rating sites and systems, file/image sharing platforms
Content violating the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria or European legal norms
Scripts or programs aimed at DDoS (Denial of Service)

Malicious Activity

Malicious activity covers any acts or omissions violating internet ethics or causing harm to persons connected to the internet or associated networks: sending unsolicited mail ("Spam", "Junk mail"), channel flooding ("Flood"), gaining access to resources using others' rights and passwords (brute force), exploiting system weaknesses for personal gain or to obtain information ("Hack"), performing acts that qualify as industrial espionage or sabotage, damaging or destroying systems or data ("Crack"), sending trojan horses or causing the installation of viruses or remote-control systems, disturbing the normal work of other internet users and associated networks, as well as performing any acts that qualify as a crime or administrative violation under Bulgarian law or other applicable law.

Security of Hosting Services

RSO Hosting commits to scanning and reviewing, with antivirus and other available tools, the content of clients using Shared Hosting.

The user agrees to be solely responsible for their files and their state when using a VPS hosting service without support from the Provider.

The user agrees to be solely responsible for their files and their state when using a Dedicated Server without support from the Provider.

The user agrees that limiting or interrupting their service, whether VPS or a Dedicated Server, may be caused by failure to maintain the service adequately.

Intellectual Property

The materials provided on this website, including without limitation all editorial materials, photographs, illustrations and other graphics, names, logos, trademarks and service marks, are the property of RSO Hosting and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Provider reserves the right to limit or fully suspend websites that use third-party intellectual property without the consent of its real owner, who may be offering that property for a fee.
